Villa Lia can accommodate up to four people; it features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two beds, a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower with chromotherapy. It has a spacious living room with dining area and access to the panoramic terrace and a large kitchen with access to the terrace and pantry.
The panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the island of Capri is equipped for outdoor dining and has comfortable sofas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
All rooms have sea view and have access to the large panoramic terrace furnished with dining table, sofas and loungers.
A large box underneath the property with deckchairs and sunbeds for the beach is available to guests.
From the beach, a footpath of about 1 km (half a mile) skirts the sea and leads directly to the small fishing village of Marina della Lobra where you will find bars and grocery shops.
The property is about 1km (half a mile) from the central square of Massa Lubrense where you will find restaurants, bars, tobacconists, self-service laundry, grocery shops and all the essential services for your stay. Sorrento can be easily reached by bus with the bus stop on the main road, or by car in 10 minutes.
DISTANCES: Sorrento 4 km (2.5 miles), Positano 20 km (12.5 miles), Naples 60 km (37 miles).
All costs and utilities are included in the price, except the tourist tax. The cost of the tourist tax is 2.00 euro per person per day for the first 5 nights. Minors up to the age of majority and persons aged seventy-five and over are exempt from payment. The tourist tax is applied exclusively in the period between 1st April and 31st October of each calendar year.

Highway A3 Naples – Salerno – Reggio Calabria, follow the signs for Penisola Sorrentina. Exit at Castellammare di Stabia and continue in the direction of Penisola Sorrentina. Once in Sorrento continue in the direction of Massa Lubrense. After about 5 km (3 miles) you will find on the right the Restaurant Antico Francischiello, continue for about 1 km (half a mile) and then turn right, you will find a small descent that will lead you to the property.
by train
From Naples Central Station, take the local Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento and get off at the end of the line. From Sorrento station, take the SITA bus in the direction of Massa Lubrense and stop at Riviera di San Montano, alternatively take a TAXI or rent a car.
by plane
The nearest airport is Naples Capodichino. You can reach us by private transfer or use the shuttle service to Sorrento station (Curreri bus service). From Sorrento station, take the SITA bus in the direction of Massa Lubrense and stop at Riviera di San Montano, alternatively take a TAXI or rent a car.
